Terms of use

Welcome to Manyview. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Manyview mobile application (the "App"), operated by Rostyslav Horbachenko, a self-employed entrepreneur (Einzelunternehmer) registered in Austria ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Manyview. By using the App, you confirm you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Your account

You sign in to Manyview using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Connecting social accounts

Manyview lets you connect third-party social media accounts (such as Threads) to view analytics. By connecting an account, you authorize us to retrieve the data those platforms make available through their official APIs, solely to deliver the features of the App. You can disconnect any account at any time from inside the App.

You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any social platform you connect. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those platforms.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Some features of Manyview require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple through the App Store using their native In-App Purchase system. By subscribing, you authorize Apple to charge your Apple ID payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

  • Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically through your Apple ID at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellation. You can cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on iOS). We do not have the ability to cancel subscriptions on your behalf. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple under the App Store terms. We do not process refunds directly. You can request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Price changes. Apple will notify you of any price changes through standard App Store mechanisms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new price.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation or security
  • Access the App through automated means (bots, scrapers) without our written permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
  • Use the App to violate any third party's rights, including the terms of any connected social platform

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, content, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

The analytics data you retrieve from connected social platforms belongs to you (and to the respective platform under their terms). We claim no ownership of it.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information. In short: we keep your data private, we don't sell it, and we only access it as needed to run the service.

8. Third-party services

Manyview integrates with third-party services including Apple, Google, Supabase, and various social platform APIs. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these services. Your use of them is governed by their respective terms.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the analytics data will always be accurate or complete (we depend on third-party APIs).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or USD $50, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.

12. Termination

You can stop using Manyview and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. On termination, your license to use the App ends, but provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

13. Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your Manyview account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways:

  • Inside the app — Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and all related data (connected social accounts, stored metrics, subscription records) within 30 days.
  • By email — Send a deletion request to ross.horbi@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will process the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.

Once deleted, all your data — including access tokens for connected Threads and Instagram accounts — is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the App or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the App after the changes means you accept the new Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Vienna, Austria. This does not affect the rights of consumers under mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence, which may grant them the right to bring proceedings in their local courts.
