Data deletion

This page explains how to have your data removed from Manyview, and confirms deletions requested through Instagram or Threads.

Removing a connected account

Open the project in Manyview, tap the three-dot button on the source you want to remove, and confirm. We immediately delete the stored access token and every metric collected for that source.

You can also do it from the platform's own settings. Removing Manyview from your Instagram or Threads account settings sends us a signed deletion request, which we process the same way — see Deauthorization.

Deleting your Manyview account

Email support@manyview.app from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We remove your account, every connected source, all stored access tokens and all collected metrics within 30 days, and confirm by email once it is done.

What we store

For each connected source we keep the platform account identifier, the public profile name and avatar, an access token used to fetch metrics, and the metric values themselves. We do not store your posts, your messages, your followers, or your password.
